Well its a really annoying useless perk in my opinion. Why would you choose a tiny bit more health over more stopping power? It only makes a 1-3 bullet difference so why waste a perk? If someone comes up behind you it wouldnt matter if you had double health you still wouldnt stand a chance. i know stopping power is only a small difference in damage aswell but you`re gonna die sooner or later you may aswell increase your killing power while your STILL ALIVE.

dont get mt worng here, that was lethal shooting, but whats with juggernaut noobs at 2:26, thats exactly what the perk is supposed to do increase health, just remeber you could put it on if you wanted so stop crying.
