I did this Killing Frenzy in a minute or so in a VIP game in Multi Team on The Pit. I used the Rocket Launcher and the Sniper Rifle. You`ll see three Double Kill (One of them becomes a Triple), 4 Assassinations and one stick at the end!

Yea i agree with the other two this is not hard to do. and you only got one snipe and it was just up close and you used rockets for 4 kills!
