Actually, that version of Tetris is well known because of a glitch (or possibly conscious inclusion) where the tetroids don`t lock in place nearly as fast when you move the pieces laterally, which is what allows him to keep playing even when the pieces are invisible. Some of it is memory, but a lot of it is him feeling around with the pieces in the time he`s alotted; watch again and you`ll see what I mean.
