I agree with Chuckery the slower you shoot and let the BR get into focus again is when you were getting 4 shot kills. When you shoot faster the gun isn`t back into focus by the time you shoot again... When you went back to 8 cones you were aiming at the top left of his head and the hit box is in the center of the head.

BR is working as it was made to. Shoot for the bode first 3 bursts, last burst- head.
