it resets after 30 sec.there`s also 1 underneat the elbow or catwalk watever you call it

Well I believe the reason it is illegal is because no one can reach it.It will have to reset, and no Play Ball will happen. It will make games boring if a team is in trouble and just dumps it into that nook.
