First of all Its not staged because Its a ranked TS shotty snipes game and quality I dont really care as long as you can see whats happening...The reason why the guy was standing still was because he was the first guy I killed I spawn killed him again thats why he wasnt moving and the guy that I didnt kill went behind the rocks and I couldnt get to him in 4 secs. Right after this I killed that guy and another one for a double but it wasnt within 4 sec.

Err....what I saw that was one of your kills was on a person standing still, but aside from that, it was pretty good.
