This petition is stupid and pointless. In the first example, the person who melees first has no shield. The person who is awarded the kill had a shield to protect him in the first place. And as far as the other two examples, it`s as simples as this. Shoot better or die. Deal.

btw who wins if both of your health is all the way down?...the person who swings first..or the person that started shooting first?

okay i can see both sides here...on one side i can see why bungie made the melee system like this-because it makes the melee more fair for those who don`t have host or who don`t have as good a connection as the guy you`re trying to melee..so they made it like this for the person who may be just better at seeing the field or surprising his opponent and not letting him get jewed by a slightly worse connection(or in my case much worse).........but on the other hand i can see how g*y it is cause i frequently get jewed...but thankyou for the vid cause now i know why......just have to factor it into your play and be the better player...again thnks for the vid
