I`m embarassed to say that i even wasted my time to watch that montage. First of all ur BR sucked, it looks like my BR when i first bought this game on Nov. 9 2004.
hey. first of all, there are a few decent clips in here. i think your problem is probably that you didn`t record for long enough to get enough of those types of clips, which is understandable because you`re eager to get your first montage out, especially because halo 2`s days are winding down. if you`re going to make another one, pick a song, then try to get enough good clips to fill the time of that song. Things to include would be team triples, no-scope headshots, a few double or quad shots, things like that that I think you can probably pull off without too much trouble.
And as we all know, Windows Movie Maker isn`t the best (I used it for my first montage, which was a terrible, awful embarrassment in terms of gameplay and editing). I`m not saying you have to be a good editor to have a solid montage, but if you want to experiment with more stuff (seems like you mastered everything WMM has to offer), look for a free 30-day trial version of Sony Vegas 7.0. It`s got a lot of good stuff. Also, Qsk King`s "Vegas 7 tutorial" on halo3forum will help you learn the basics of it.
sorry this was so long, but like guitarstrat82 I wanted to help you out, unlike these other idiots on here.
