I threw one nade(the first one in this vid) right after the regenerator blew up hurt one of them, then the second nade(after I shot the sniper 3-4 times) bounced off of another nade that was on the ground, and exploded in between the two and killed them, it was a 3v3 and I managed to kill all three of them.
