I agree. It is stupid to not allow someone to use what they have. That is like saying here is Adobe After Effects, but don`t use it. Some people here seem to have no clue what a good machinima is. All they know is montages and gameplay. But I guess that is why this is mlgpro.com and not machinima.com. Don`t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with liking mlg better, but you shouldn`t diss a machinima that is good.And for constructive criticism. How many replies have I seen saying ``This sucks``? A ton. In no way will that help the creator become better. Please be constructive and tell them how they could improve in an adult way. There is no need to try to ruin someone`s day and act like you`re five. Halo is an M rated game so please act mature.I guess that is all I have to say.

Videos do not assemble themselves, it takes a creative engineer to take the tools he is given and make something out of it. Giving an artist the canvas (halo 3), the paintbrush (After Effects) but denying him the paint (twitch) is ridiculous. :P

professionals don`t use presets? AE is loaded with them upon purchase. I`m 20 years old and started editing a couple years ago. The trailer was meant to be intriguing and i loved the new twitch effect. However if you are aware of anything in the video industry you would recognize presets are regularly used to save time. Likewise you give no credit to the cinematography which also counts in this contest ;) until you post a video that is more impressive such as sirtopemhat you really have no room to talk...
