that`s what happens when both teams play passive because they aren`t entirely confident in charging, it`s part of the metagame, also a lot happens before the artifact rush, kills and rez holders that have to worry about dying, along with their map setup.

what`s the point of playing the map if all both teams do is try to stall and collect the artifact
