ummm nothing can happen to you if you go ahead and play the game early online. He bought the game, he`s not breaking and ``rules`` or anything. He was just extremely lucky and I kinda wish I was in his shoes. Digital also had a stream going on at jtv where he was playing and it looked incredible.

This is just me. If i got an early copy of ODST, and i have a capture card, i would play offline, record gameplay on the new maps and with the new weapons... and post that. I would think people would find that more interesting. Why would you post achievments? Or perhaps, as this guy saidm he doesn`t have it and is just comparing games with someone who does. Makes more sense.

Guys, Microsoft doesn`t care if you bought it early and play it online. They can`t control what you decide to buy. They do care about the store that decided to sell it to you early though, and that store will get reprucussions for it. But they have no problem with you being a customer and buying the game, and nothing will happen if someone decides to play ODST online.

He is only comparing his achievements with the guy that has ODST and has the achievements. Maybe the guy that has ODST works with Bungie and is testing it for them.
