u dont need stoping power on ur gun as long as u aim at his upper chest or hit him in the head i dont have stopping power on any of my classes. I use perks that r useful in snd

Lol Doesnt Matter m16 can be Used as a Run and gun Weapon Either Way. Its a Good Combo.

overkill with a sniper? and an M16 lol... two long range weapons = useless, especially with a sniper with no stopping power

S7ubs, it is because they are sub par at games...and sometimes their product reflects it (i.e. Bungie).
