Ya I went back and looked at the cap from a 3rd person perspective and I killed the guy but he fell on the flag spawn while dying and it scored it. If you slow down the video I actually get the triple and then it counts the cap. Not sure how that works, Oh well.

I was having the same black screen/ad problem. I just reinstalled Flash 10 and everything works fine.
