looks like it went in his sniper barrel and he shot it at you hahaha. you must of stuck his chamber.

That doesn't work, there was a Halo 3 mythbusters video on the forums that showed it didn't work. If you drop the stuck weapon, you can escape, but simply switching doesn't have any effect.I think what happened was the game lagged, so it looked like he was stuck, but the game chose otherwise.

That would be crazy, if when a sticky grenade hit your gun and somehow you knew it hit your gun you would switch guns and the stick would fall off.If this works then i'm switching guns every time i get stuck lol.

since you stuck his gun, maybe he switched it with another gun up there and it fell and killed you. just my guess
