Tele Juke - Down and Up

This is a technique that allows you to tele back up to a place that you just left after teleporting down from it. By pressing ``jump`` very shortly after you tele down, you`ll cancel the downward momentum and be able to tele back up.

do you have to be looking up or do you just jump? im assuming that you don`t have to but i want to be sure. and can you do this when you fall? EX, falling off the safety net on pinnacle then telling back up?
