I have a Windows Vista laptop and a Dazzle 170 that I got with my Studio 10. It keeps crashing and I need help. Any and all advice is appreciated. I`ve tried to contact customer support but they never communicate back.

just get cyber link power director and it has a capture peice added to it i use that to capture because the program that dazzle comes with is crap

I had to install two patches for my capture card. One from the site and one from google.

You have to go to pinnacles vista patches for it not to crash. Go to their website.
