there weren't many outrageous plays in there... but i guess that's what the actual montage is for :P. i like ur idea about emphasizing combat skill over editing skill, but it'd b nice if u turned it up jus a little bit... like for the final deaths of the clips.. and transitions r a little iffy but other than that i think its much better than the over the top montages that hav a small amount of skill to back it up.

I feel the point of a montage is to show the clips and your skill. Not to have the editing over the top so you don't focus on the clips. That would take away from the entire purpose of the montage.Thanks for the comments guys
