Seems like this happens everytime the rockets touches my hands. I have clips of big games, where I reload, switch weapons, go back, and only have 0 or 1 rocket in loaded with extras just waiting to be put in..

im more of a random moveable item flies infront of me when i throw a nade but that double reload looks bad, hear about it all the time, that one was really painful to watch
