Actually, you get 45hp and 70hp of shields. Your health recovers at 9hp/sec after I believe it was around 15 sec of non-damage? I can`t remember the exact time before you recover.

yeah, that`s true... you can`t see it, but there is a hidden shield of 100hp who takes about 20-25 seconds to recharge
