its easy to do, one guy jumps, the other guy hits reload and melee at the same time repeatedly really fast. easy.

dosent the guy on bottom just tap ``b`` and ``y`` at the same time repetivly?

Just a guess but I think the guy on top just hammers away at jump while the bottom guy uses his melee lunge to stay with him... except that might not be right cuz I don`t think you can melee that quickly (possibly the reload cancel)
