Actually, you want the maximum AND the minimum to be 16, then as soon as one fusion core explodes, another spawns to keep the number at 16.

how do u make the explosions respawn so fast and make the elephant go that high i tried it but the elephant wont go high and the explosives wont respawn as fast as that
